Once order is placed, you will receive an email with detailed shipping instructions. You are responsible for covering the shipping cost to get the milk to me. If you follow these guidelines you should be able to ship your milk for less than $4. I only need 1/2 ounce to cast into your jewelry piece. Please ship room temperature milk to me as condensation can form in the packaging as well as labeling the milk bag with your first and last name. You will need to ship the milk in a breast milk storage bag; double bag if possible to avoid leaks. I recommend shipping it in a bubble mailer for extra security. ** USPS First Class Parcel ** is a way I have found to make it the cheapest shipping possible for the customer. Please do not ship as large envelope or request a signature confirmation, as I am not always home to sign for packages. Thank you and I look forward to creating your custom keepsake!
*** PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE LAST OF ANYTHING! ***
If sending a hair inclusion, only 2-3 strands are needed and it needs to be in a labeled container separate from your breastmilk.
Cremation jewelry I only need a very small amount of ashes to create your stone (1-2 teaspoons)
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. Please double check everything is correct before placing an order. If you would like inclusions (shimmers, flakes, glitter, sparkle, roses, etc) added to your stone, it has to be added to your cart! Also, please leave a note upon checkout on how you would like this placed on your stone (mixed throughout, hand placed, lined up the side & what side of the stone, or a gradient effect)
All sales are final.
By purchasing, you are agreeing to these terms.
Due to the nature of every jewelry piece being custom made, no returns will be accepted.

After Care Instructions
1) Store in cool, dry area away from direct sunlight
2) Keep away from high heat temperatures & water (Example: Do NOT leave your keepsake in your car, placed by the window, or next to a heating furnace, etc)
Heat can cause your stone to discolor
3) Remove prior to washing hands, showering, exercise, applying lotions, makeup, etc. Oils can cause damage to your breastmilk stone
4) When not in use, store in cool, dry area away from direct sunlight (Moisture speeds up the tarnishing process)
5) Long exposure to sunlight & exposure to moist environment can result in yellowing or damage to your keepsake stone
If you prefer more of an everyday wear, I would suggest a necklace or earrings.
A polishing cloth can be used on the metal part only of your ring setting (not the stone) to reduce tarnishing. Tissues, paper towels, etc. should NOT be used for jewelry cleaning and can scratch the surface of your jewelry.
Not following these guidelines can result in damage to your keepsake stone!
No refunds or replacements will be issued if your setting or inclusion piece yellows or fails due to improper care of your jewelry.
